Some sneakers are released exclusively in men’s sizing. However, many other shoes are accompanied by women (W), children (GS) and young children (TD) sizing. These terms indicate each different version.
(TD) = toddler sizing EU17-EU27
(PS) = young children sizing EU27.5-EU35
(GS) = children sizing EU35.5-EU40
(W) = women sizing EU35.5-EU42.5
We offer a variety of shipping options, including standard and express delivery.
NSM requires all returns to be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
The return package must include the delivery note to ensure processing of the returned item(s). All returns must be packed carefully to prevent damage during transit. Preferably, use the original double-layered parcel. Avoid writing directly or placing stickers on the shoebox. The product must be returned in its original state, with the hangtag still attached, and in new and unworn condition.
Typically, returns are processed within a period of 10 business days upon arrival. The refund can only be sent to the original used payment card.
