Return policy

You can return an order within 14 days. The starting time being the day you received the parcel via the courier.

The return shipping costs are on the consumer.

To qualify for a return, the following criteria must be met:

• The order has to be shipped back within 14 days
• The order has to be sent back in the original packaging. Including with the tag still attached and in new and unworn condition.

Refund

After receiving and processing your return, we will send you an email. The email contains confirmation of the delivery and either approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
